Joelle’s Technical Resources (JTR) & Custom Works Inc. are all about getting the job done safely as well as providing a wide array of services ranging from on-site repairs and fabrication to confined space management.  We provide our customers with qualified and skilled welders, millwrights, mechanics and laborers which enable us to accomplish any job in a safe, affordable and timely manner.  Joelle’s Technical Resources & Custom Works Inc. is Canadian Welding Bureau company, certified to CWB standards 47.1 and W59 with two CWB certified welding supervisors on staff.

A 3000 square foot shop, equipped with welding bays, automatic plasma cutting table and a large band saw provides employees with the right tools to get the job done. Eight fully tooled rigs cater to any job, big or small.  We are committed to promoting local economic development and supplying customers with quality-assured work, by recognizing the variety of professional establishments throughout our community.  This has contributed to our strong relations with other businesses within our community.

A certified Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator is also employed to maintain a positive safety culture within the company while providing our clients with peace of mind that work will be conducted in a safe manner.  Employees are constantly completing job specific training based on Ministry approved standards to comply with the ever-changing Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.

Joelle’s Technical Resources & Custom Works Inc. is a business that takes great pride in every job completed. By supporting scholastic transitions, we are investing in our young generation by providing graduates with opportunities to gain experience and confidence.  These young men and women shadow qualified personnel who provide guidance in the shop and field via apprenticeships.  We currently have multiple employees undertaking Millwright and Welder Fitter Apprenticeships.
