At Joelle’s Technical Resources (JTR) & Custom Works Inc. we are all about getting the job done safely, we provides a wide array of services ranging from torch repairs to in-house and on-site repairs and fabrication. We provide our customers with qualified and skilled welders, millwrights, mechanics and labourers; enabling JTR & Custom Works Inc. to accomplish any job in a safe, affordable and timely manner. We are a CWB Certified company to CWB standards 47.1 and W59 with two CWB certified welding supervisors on staff.

A 3, 000 square foot shop, equipped with welding bays, torch repair equipment, automatic plasma cutting table and a large band saw provides employees with the right tools to get the job done. Eight fully tooled rigs cater to any job, big or small. JTR & Custom Works Inc. maintains strong relations with other businesses within our community, in order to promote local economic development and supply customers with quality assured work, by recognizing the variety of professional establishments throughout our community.

JTR & Custom Works Inc. also employs a certified Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator to maintain a positive safety culture within the company, and to provide our clients with the peace of mind that work will be conducted in a safe manner. Employees are constantly completing job specific training based on Ministry approved standards to comply with the ever changing Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.

JTR & Custom Works Inc. is a business that takes great pride in every job completed. Supporting scholastic transitions, JTR & Custom Works Inc. is investing in our young generation by providing graduates an opportunity to gain experience and confidence by shadowing qualified personnel whom provide guidance in the shop and field through apprenticeships. We currently have multiple employees undertaking Millwright and Welder Fitter Apprenticeships.
